Buyers Products 2" Class 5 receiver hitch for GM Express/Savana cutaway chassis has a maximum gross trailer weight of 12,000 lbs. The corrosion-resistant black powder coated finish hitch accepts all 2" hitch accessories. A 5/8" hitch pin with cotter and mounting hardware is included.

Product arrived promptly and with minimal damage to packaging, hitch reciever and all hardware was included.
Instructions were simple and clear, easy to follow. I removed the tow hooks and the bumper for easier drilling and installation.
Only real issue is how low it sits (14") from the ground to the top of the 2" reciever port ( usual height is about 20") may cut out the. Bottom of the frame rails later and mount the receiver to the top to get it to add another 5" of height.
I purchased a hitch for GMC Savana cutaway. It was very expensive for a hitch...around $[XX]. It arrived somewhat scuffed up which I don't care about because it's going on a work truck but more significantly was missing most of the hardware. I called etrailer, they are going to ship out a new set of hardware and it will arrive in about 4 days supposedly. I'm not real thrilled at the way they handled my complaint. I also pointed out that the box had been taped and the customer service person blamed ups. I'm wondering if it was a returned item. Sure looks that way. They also refunded me 5%. I.e $[XX]. Big deal. Because I wanted to finish the project today I ended up going to my local hardware store and was able to find some grade 8 bolts. Not exactly what I needed but pretty close. And I will use it like that until the stock hardware comes. Just more Chinese junk and paying top dollar for it. And etrailer made me feel like they were doing me a big favor to try and straighten it out... Overall the hitch did fit up nicely on the frame rails and appears to be robust enough to do the job
I haven't Actually Bolted it on yet but ive test fit it and Everything lines up as the installation instructions say it should.

It came so fast. That quick delivery saved my butt. My pickup broke down going from OR to AZ but because your hitch arrived so quickly, my wife drove it down and we installed it in an RV park. We were able to use one existing hole on the frame rail, but needed to drill the other five. Fit perfectly, we're rolling and couldn't have done any of it without that quick delivery.

It’s still great. No issues at all bolts are still tight and everything is as it should.
Fit just as specified; installed on 2020 Chevy 3500 cutaway. No issues ; depending on your box/body length look into extensions or longer hitch to save some time !

No issues whatsoever. Truck bumper starting to rust - This not so. Pay attention to your profile mine is on an extended cab to avoid any ground touching. I rarely go into a driveway because this will bottom out but thats no problem & not an issue w this hitch itself.

Only receiver I could find that would directly fit on my express 3500. Fits great, heavy duty, and was really easy to mount.
Bit overkill for my needs, but have had zero concerns using it. Have a motorcycle carrier, and haul a motorcycle all over the states. So there's a solid 600 lbs of direct weight bouncing around.
The hitch fit well, and cleared the large rear step bumper on my 2021 GMC Savana Cutaway with a Spartan Supreme body without modification. 5 stars for price, manufacture, and etrailer's prompt delivery.
Product was out of stock and still arrived when stated actually a couple days early .emails from company following up on order and hitch is great .only critique would be to use stronger bags to hold hardware during shipping
Installed this on a Chevy 4500 Duramax cutaway with an el dorado chassis. Basically a short shuttle bus.
Hitch fits the frame fine. However the bolt holes don’t all line up for install. Be prepared for some drilling to complete the install.
My Chevy cut away required custom hitch. Your hitch fit perfectly. Very pleased with quality and fit to my vehicle. Thanks

If you decide to use bolts from the hardware store make sure to use grade 8 eight bolts as anything less can compromise the integrity of the installation of the hitch.
